At SuccessWare our business philosphy is simple; Provide Unparalled Service to our Clients. We believe that everything grows from that simple phrase. Both from a development and support point of view, we strive every day to provide software that will help our customers manage their business and deliver a relationship that will help it to grow.

About Us

Phil DiRe, the president of SuccessWare started the company in 1993 by building software to help his brother run his HVAC and Plumbing business. Since then SuccessWare has grown to be a team of over 25 employees working in 4 states.

SuccessWare was formed in 1993 as a contractor owned company specializing in developing business management software for the residential service industry.

Since then we have grown our customer base to over 900 contractors in nearly every state and province in the United States and Canada.  Our employees and contracted personnel work in facilities in four states, including our corporate and development headquarters outside of Buffalo, NY.

Maintaining partnerships with many of the leading technology companies in our field leaves us well positioned to keep pace with the ever-changing and ever-growing technical and business requirements of our clients.

SuccessWare was the first company in our field to offer a completely hosted business management solution that could be available to our clients 24/7 from anywhere in the world.  This solution is now utilized by over half our customer base and we expect that percentage to continue to grow.

While there are other companies that offer similar products, there are none that provide the care and attention received by each of our clients.
