The SuccessWare21 Customer Portal creates a completely new way to expand your relationship with existing clients as well as creating an easy, customer-driven method for adding new ones.

The SuccessWare21 Customer Portal (Portal) allows your existing customers to create an online account that will give them the ability to:

  • Create and schedule their own appointments with your company based upon an appointment availability schedule that you control
  • Maintain those jobs by updating notes, rescheduling the appointment and even canceling the appointments.
  • View their past service history as well as the equipment you have on file for them, including related warranty information.
  • View their existing maintenance agreements as well as schedule their upcoming visits due
  • Update account information such as phone numbers, email addresses and driving directions.

People who have not used your services in the past will be able to go to the Portal and add themselves to your database as customers and book their own jobs as well.

Each of the appointment creations and updates as well as new customer additions will appear in SuccessWare21 in real-time.

As a company, you will have the ability to establish and maintain your own appointment schedule, define the fees related to those appointment and control many of the workflow elements that your customers will be required, or not required to complete when using the Portal.
