Training

One of the aspects of SuccessWare that truly sets us apart from any other software provider in the home services industry is the training that we make available to our customers.

SuccessWare®21 users have access to classroom-based training as well as instructor-lead, internet-based training classes that can be attended from the comfort of your own desk.

Classroom Training

We offer classroom-based training to our clients at the Campus Link Computer Training Facility in Buffalo, New York. The class is delivered by SuccessWare's Training Specialist, Greg Watkins.

The SuccessWare®21 training class that we run is meant to offer an overview of the software and help our customers to understand how to properly set up and begin processing in SuccessWare®21.

This training class is required for all new companies using SuccessWare®21 as it will form the basis for your understanding of the accounting flow within SuccessWare21 as well as the general work flow followed in using SuccessWare®21 to maintain your day-to-day business operations.

At times we also offer classroom-based, existing user training. This is a more advanced class and moves on from the setup and basics and focuses on making the most of the more advanced tools in SuccessWare21. We usually run these classes twice a year. Keep an eye on your email or watch the "News" section of our website for information about the next exising user class we will have available.

Internet-Based Training Classes

In addition to our 4-day classroom training we also offer internet based training classes to SuccessWare®21 users. These classes are intended to focus on specific topical areas, allowing attendees to concentrate on the skills they need most.

Our internet-based curriculum offers classes on a wide variety of topics geared toward users with varying levels of experiece with the software, from Customer Service essentials to Advanced Accounts Payable processing, you choose the class that is right for your specific needs.
