SuccessWare®21 users have access to classroom-based training as well as instructor-lead, internet-based training classes that can be attended from the comfort of your own desk.

Also available to our clients is unlimited, live software support. Our knowledgable support staff works exclusively with SuccessWare clients and has a combined 70+ years of experience implementing and supporting the software. 

Classroom Training

We offer classroom-based training to our clients at the New Horizons Computer Training Center in Buffalo, New York. The class is delivered by SuccessWare's Director of Training, Timothy McGuire.

The SuccessWare®21 training class that we run in Buffalo, NY is meant to offer an overview of the software and help our customers to understand how to properly setup and begin processing in SuccessWare®21.

This training class is required for all new companies using SuccessWare®21 as it will form the basis for your understanding of the accounting flow within SuccessWare21 as well as the general work flow followed in using SuccessWare®21 to maintain your day-to-day business operations.

Internet-Based Training Classes

In addition to our 4-day classroom training we also offer internet based training classes to SuccessWare®21 users. These classes are intended to focus on specific topical areas, allowing attendees to concentrate on the skills they need most.

Our internet-based curriculum offers classes on a wide variety of topics geared toward users with varying levels of experiece with the software, from Customer Service essentials to Advanced Accounts Payable processing, you choose the class that is right for your specific needs.
