Flat-Rate Pricebook
The SuccessWare®21 Pricebook contains 5 price/cost types:
- Parts,
- Labor,
- Tasks,
- Miscellaneous items,
- Overhead items
To set up your parts pricing, you can use a:
- Parts markup multiplier,
- or use a Profit Margin Matrix
You'll determine the right price for your labor, calculating in your:
- Standard labor/cost/hr - enter your standard cost per hour
- Labor benefits multiplier - enter the appropriate multiplier to add benefits
- Labor profit margin - enter the percentage you want for the profit margin on the labor
Tasks Pricing Formulas
- Standard surcharge - a standard percentage you can add to the price for overhead
- Truck Operation Surcharge
- Bonus Points (for technician spiffs)
- Whether to include tax in prices or not
