Sorry it took so long to write you this letter. We attended the AirTime 500 Expo in January and it has been a whirlwind of execution with all the new ideas we gathered at the Expo.

I am writing this letter to you and the SuccessWare staff to officially "put on paper" our satisfaction with the software and the important management reports it provides.

It has made a tremendous difference in how we can now manage our business and not have the business manage us. Before starting with SuccessWareŽ21 we ran a custom accounting package and a custom scheduling package side by side. It was very time consuming and did not give us 10% of the information we now have with the SuccessWareŽ21product.

We have just finished our first full year of running SuccessWareŽ21. It is great! From the first contact with the phone call to the happy check at the end, the information needed flows thru very efficiently and is exceptionally user friendly.

It is really great knowing at all times of the day exactly how the financials of the day, month and year are going. With our previous system, we knew about the 10th of the next month if we had a profitable month. Also, managing and tracking our agreement base has become just a click away instead of paging thru a whole library of 3" binders with all the necessary information concerning our 3,200 Service Agreements.

"I am the Service Division Operations Manager for Boulden, Inc., a diversified company, based in Delaware, that delivers fuel oil and propane with over 19,000 customers in our database, covering 3 states. We have several divisions along with fuel delivery, HVAC service, HVAC Install, Plumbing, Water Conditioning, LP service, Septic system service and Portable Toilet rental.

There are so many reports you can get! Virtually any information you want - what type of call came in yesterday, is this advertising paying off that we're doing in the yellow pages, is this ad on the radio paying off for us, etc.
