Carolina Air's One Hour, Greenwood, SC

We have 6 service techs, 2 install techs with a total of 11 employees. We have been since using SuccessWare21 since January of 2006. Before that we were using Quickbooks and a legal pad with a variety of highlighters (different color per tech).
SW21 has had a big effect on our company. Before, we would input AR invoices and payables as they came in and we accepted payments and then printed checks. We had no clue about GL's or what the "numbers" were. With SW21, the numbers go to the proper place and have now have meaning to us. We're not accountants, but, with SW21, we don't have to worry if we input them right or wrong. Based on our setup SuccessWare21 knows where the postings should go.
 The reports are the best! We can see exactly where the money is and how the company grades out in every area.
The schedule board is awesome. With one screen, you can see where every tech is and what is going on across the company and what appointments are available.
The club (agreements) portion is one of my favorites. Before SW21, our agreements were on index cards in a box. Now, I can pull a report of any kind for the clubs and do whatever is needed. EASY! Yes, there may be more entering, but the benefits far outweigh the time.
The whole process of customer tracking from taking the call, assigning the call, running the call, accounting of the call, history, equipment, warranty, agreements, etc. With one call, all of this is in the program to have to pull up again at the tip of our fingers.
Yes, when we began using the payroll portion, we needed A LOT of help. The crew was over and beyond helpful. They were always friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond.

I would most definitely recommend SuccessWare21 to other contactors. It is user friendly and a contractor would not need a lot of computer skills to utilize it and benefit from it.
