I have been working with SW21 for over 10 years. I was introduced to the software when I was operations manager with another plumbing company. I knew when I started One Call Plumbing Services in February, 2004 that we needed SW21 implemented from the start. It was the best decision we made at startup. We utilized the inventory manager to stock our trucks and warehouse. We used the vehicle manager to track maintenance and repairs on our fleet. We love the invoice manager, it helps us get invoices out fast so the money comes in faster.  We grew to seven trucks through 2008. In 2009, like so many others, we had to resize our company and look at the services we offered our clients. We reduced our office staff and with SW21 it made it possible for us to continue to give great customer service to our clients and to support our technicians. In 2009 we also expanded our services to include HVAC and SW21 made this transition as easy as it could be. By utilizing the marketing manager in SW21, we notified and marketed our new services to our existing customer base to grow the HVAC side. We started offering service agreements. The agreement manager makes it easy to set up and track visits. We were able to expand our services and revenue with fewer support people.

 Our clients also benefit from SW21. We have a complete service history for each client. Anytime they call for service we know how many times we have been there in the past and what work we performed, as well as what we recommended to be done.  With the equipment manager we document all equipment we have installed, as well as any existing equipment they have. With the opportunity manager we are able to notify the client when any maintenance is due on their equipment. Also by keeping track of serial and model numbers in the equipment manager we can notify our client if there are any product recalls or service bulletins from the manufacturer.
